Please bear in mind that if the issue is down to the buyer selecting wrong items or providing incorrect information then the buyer will be responsible for cost relating to repackaging and delivery. If the error has occurred on our behalf, we will resolve the situation immediately with no extra cost to the buyer.

Timeline for reporting issues of quality or quantity is 30 days from receipt of order (Consumers Act 2015) after this time you will not be legally entitled to a full refund if you deem your item to be faulty, anything left longer than this time stated will be the buyers responsibility not Custom Parts & Products.
